With your room key you can unlock your room door, the night entrance and the bicycle cellar in the courtyard.

The lift is located in the rear staircase (access via the inner courtyard), which takes you to the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. You can reach the hotel area through a separate hotel entrance. Please do not use the lift in case of fire!

Your account must be settled at the reception before your departure either in cash, debit card or by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa or AMEX.

You can also listen to the radio via your TV, on the remote control at the top right you will find the button to switch between TV and radio.

The reception is occupied from Monday - Saturday 7.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m. & 2.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m and Sunday 7.00 a.m. - 12.00 a.m.

The room safe is located in the wardrobe or cloakroom.

Programming a new code:
1.) On the inside of the safe door there is a red button.
2.) Press it once, you will hear two beep tones and a yellow light will appear.
3.) You now have 20 seconds to type in your personal code which must have a minimum of three maximum of eight numers.
4.) Then press the "B" button and you will hear two beeps and a yellow light will appear.

Opening the safe:
1.) Type in your personal code and press the "B" button. 2.) A green light will appear. 3.) Turn the Safe knob to the right and the safe will open.

We run a smoke free hotel so smoking is not allowed anywhere in our hotel. We ask for your understanding.

Information about jogging, bicycle- or hiking trails is availabe at our Gold Wall on the 1st floor and at the reception.
On the 2nd floor you will find fitness equipment, which you are welcome to takt to your room to do your exercices.

On your desk or in the closet there is a tea station with kettle and a variety of tea. The tea is free to take. Please unplug the kettle after use!

There is a Vending Machine located on the first floor next to the stairs where you can buy various small items such as toothbrushes, a razor, drinks and sweets.

The WeizBike is a bicycle rental system with more than 10 stations and 80 bicycles (including 20 e-bikes) and is available 24 hours a day.
There is a station right next to the Stadthotel. Our hotel guests can use the bicycle system free of charge.
